Check in attendants in Breast Center had poor customer service skills. Do they not realize the stress women feel going for a mammogram or Dr appt in that office? Especially as a Breast Cancer survivor like myself? Additional sensitivity training is required. One in particular shook her head and spoke out loud a comment that clearly was directed at me. Just because I politely questioned why they were not following the correct sign-in procedure clearly posted on a sign in front of the window?
The technician and assistants in the back area were professional and friendly. For that reason I upped my score to 2 stars. I may never return to that office for a Mammogram again.
