Our appointment could not have been an easier experience. There were very easy to follow instructions prior to the appointment. We were greeted promptly by our nurse, Kim. She was very friendly and professional. The appointment was very thorough and she explained everything about what inoculations we would need prior to our trip. She did not try to talk us into getting booster shots that we could get elsewhere for less money. I was very impressed with passport health and won't hesitate to use them for future travel out of the country.
