awaiting time is way toooooooo long. spent my 4 and half hour to check my knee. seriously? I am before everyone else but i am the last? seriously?

After nearly two months of preparations, my mother called the main hospital (the day before her surgery), only to find out that she was never added to the surgery list.
The doctor’s office was supposed to call her the day before the surgery to go over details, preparations, etc. but they never called. For two days, she left voicemails to the doctor’s office, not once receiving a call back. It is understandable that the doctor herself didn’t answer the phone, and even if my mother’s designated secretary was out, somebody should have been replacing that secretary. This specific doctor’s office seems very unprofessional, disorganized, and it seems that some re-evaluation needs to be done on who they have working there. Even if someone is too busy to answer their phone at a given time, it is /their job/ to check their messages and give an answer back. A nurse who doesn’t even work in the same department did a better job at being a secretary. I will not be recommending this clinic to anybody in the future, especially because their screw-up may be ridding my mother of employment benefits.

Very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly staff and medical personnel. This was my first time at this Urgent Care facility. I will certainly come back as needed. I am thankful that they are near my home.
