Upon check in hotel room was trashed. Hotel offer a upgraded room and additional night stay. Then canceled our reservation completely once we were checked in. Upon calling customer service I was offered another room $104.00. Rooms are nice but not worth having your personal belongings thrown out and then told you have to pay for another room.
Most of my time spent in the lobby. No staff seemed available. Lobby needed to be cleaned. Floors dirty, spider webs, dirty doors and windows.
The bedding under the sheets was horrible. It was stained and crumbs and dirt was mixed together. Even a three star hotel should care about being cleaned. Very disappointed.
Came in town for the holidays this hotel was just what I needed close to shopping areas and places to eat . centrally located to all my family the rooms were clean and the hotel service was great.
The rooms were neat and clean. I love the small kitchen they have available along with dishes. The lobby was nice and clean and was greeted by friendly service.
