All calls are routed to the Hopkins Airport where they don't answer, there is no possible way to get anyone on the phone at the Beachwood location to discuss your reservation customer service" matter a fact" attitude that its ok to not be able to reach anyone and that the airport doesn't answer or wouldn't be helpful if I even got anyone on the phone -_-
This is a car rental agency without any cars. They require a day's notice so that a car can be brought over from the airport. I suppose that's fine unless you need a car unexpectedly. The person at this desk will quite rudely explain all of this if you, perhaps foolishly, expected a Hertz to have cars available for rent.

I am currently at the beach wood location. I have been waiting for 10mins and counting so far and at the counter is a hand written note that says “we will be back shortly. Sorry for the wait”-Hertz staff
This place doesn't even merit a star. It is a joke, not a car rental agency! Hertz should wind down this place as they don't have cars, even after advance booking. We waited for 3 hours, only to be told that there is no one who can bring the car from airport to this location. Was offered advice to go to airport to pick it up, plus pay the additional airport fees and taxes. Horrible customer service, both by the person in the front desk, as well as the Hertz regional manager for this area. Seems this is a con-game they play between multiple parties at Hertz, with blame-game going around, and no one wants to take responsibility. Come on, man up for god's sake!!! Are you in customer service rental agency business? A word of advice: when you walk in to pick your booked car, if the front office guy there says that the car is on the way, interpret that as 2 hour wait. If he goes out to smoke every 10 min, and avoids eye contact with you for the next 30 min or so, good luck, you may not get your car that day.
