Just returned a car that we rented from Budget in Beachwood. Perfect 10 across the board - from picking up to dropping off. Ron was by far the best car rental agent I have ever dealt with. I would give him 6 stars if i could.
I truly appreciate the great customer service that I receive at the Beachwood location. I never have any problems and if something is out of order they correct it immediately.
My experience was very negative. I Initially requested a pickup. I worked with the location to be accommodating as possible with the pickup. I was never picked up & they never returned my phone calls. Vehicle was given to me immediately following a customer return & wasn't cleaned. The counter person at the time of drop off was extremely rude.
The van my family and I rented for our trip to Florida was dirty with drink spills and garbage left over from the last person and it also had a bad smell the entire time. We were definitely disappointed in the car we had to pay to get it cleaned.
great car great price friendly staff got my car very quickly after arriving. I prepaid on line for an extra discount i also had a coupon code. was in the car and on the road in minutes. highly recommend.
