Be very careful! They overcharge excessively. The staff, practitioners, and medical managers at this location - and CCF in general - do not want you to know the charges, or they don't know/care (?). If you have insurance of any kind, you'll be charged excessively, which means your payment portion will be sky high - best to do everything you can to stay away. Lesson learned...
