We were looking forward to celebrating my sons birthday dinner. This was the worst experience! The waiting was unreasonable. We were there on a Monday the restaurant was not busy but yet we had the worst service. When the food finally came out it was like it had sat under a warmer too long. I don’t know why we didn’t just get up & walk out. But I know one thing for sure word of mouth travels fast & we will Never go there again! We were treated like we were not welcomed.
I ordered "to go". The food was ready very quickly. Everything was packaged excellently, and the staff was very courteous.
The Olive garden visit was very nice. The service was excellent and the food good. We didn't have to wait because we had reservations. I enjoyed my birthday outing.
This has also gotten much better over the years. My service was fast and great.
