I gave this two stars instead of one because of the decent service my one visit. However, this is never the case. The majority of the staff are very incompetent. They provide very poor service and usually just ignore you altogether. Having shopped at numerous Nordstrom's, this one is probably the worst I have been to. Having family who work for Nordstrom's and have been to this one, they are also not keen on the very poor service and atmosphere this Nordstrom's offers. Sadly it lacks the reputation Nordstrom's built over the years. Impeccable customer service is key to ensuring return customers. The entire store would benefit from either learning how to properly treat customers, or overhauling the majority of the staff. There are plenty of people ready to sell and provide great customer service.

Ridiculous prices for ugly clothes, nice employees
I was at this Nordstrom this past Saturday for about and hour and a half searching for a dress. I have been searching for a cocktail dress for awhile for an upcoming gala and not one single employee helped me. I know I look young for my age and like I do not have the money to spend on a dress but guess what I did and now my money will be going elsewhere due to horrible service. I will not be shopping here for a very long time. I was so frustrated because the employees were helping older women over me every time or they completely ignored me. Very disappointing.
Used to be a great store. Selection and service sadly have changed.
