The clothes are nice. The female store associates are RUDE. They get an F in customer service, they do not know their own company policies regarding their credit accounts. They suck. Not helpful not willing to assist and I don't think they like people of different nationalities. Very, Very, disappointed.

I was just here and had a gift card!! I checked the balance before I left the house and when I went to use it the girl tried to tell me there wasn't anything on it!! And kept it. I told her I checked the balance at home before I left and I know there was money. She finally got it to work. I think she was going to use the amount for herself. I will never go back in that store.... this is why I shop online.
I applied for a credit card I got approve wit credit limit $500 I been shopping there since I be buying the whole store lol

I just called to see if they honored the coupon on line that expires on today 4-25-16. She said "No, I was told that was over yesterday". I told her that the coupon says Valid: Now-April25, 2016 - Now she sounds as if she has an attitude! Really? I'm just trying to spend my money at your store that pays you to know what's going on where YOU WORK! #CustomerServiceSucks
